Dear Mark,

I thought I was reasonably well-versed in the subject of death and dying (and love), but the question you pose to the question of "What happens after we die?" -- "What happens after you're born?" is profoundly true to my experience. Birth and Death are strikingly similar processes involving labor, focused breathing and surrender. Surrendering to one's body has seemed to me to invite Grace and Joy to each passage.

Much gratitude for your continued focus, discipline and sharing of your unfolding passion. Many will (and are) benefit.

Love,
Muriel

Hi Mark, this was a great piece. I only felt alive when i realised that I could die any second f any given day. I went of my med's for DVT and learnt to live, learnt to appreciate every second of life.
